No kickboxing or martial arts experience required
Beginners and experienced are welcome.
This is a non-contact, high energy, motivating, and overall exhilarating class. There is no such thing as a “typical” Fusion Martial Arts class. Each class is different in various ways utilizing elements of traditional martial Arts, Sports, and Self-defense aspects of training.
Arts in martial arts taught as predefined movements that are historic traditions.
Sports in martial arts is the absolute fun part. Incorporate techniques learned in kickboxing class with a partner via “controlled” safe sparring sessions with light to no contact with adequate safety gear.
Self-defense in martial arts teaches practical self-defense techniques that are very helpful for all life situations.
Benefits for joining the class
Increased flexibility and range of motion, faster muscle recovery, improved coordination, posture and muscle tone.
Learn punch with jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercut and perform kicks. Drills with your partner with pads for striking, blocking and to fight your way to finish strongly in the class.
Safety equipment and uniform not required to get started.
